🤖Digital Negotiator Enhancements

Book valuation eligibility for pending sales

We now include “Pending own Sale” as an eligible status when starting a digital negotiator book valuation conversation when pitching from a viewing enquiry.

🏠Lettings Features

Renters Rights Act email templates

We’ve added a new set of email templates to support Renters Rights Act workflows, including the Section 8 possession notice and Pet Request management.

Company landlord details

We’ve improved the way company landlord details are collected and handled across key records.

Wallet summary and add funds updates

We’ve improved the wallet experience on tenancy records so the balance refreshes automatically and add-funds actions connect more smoothly to LettsPay. This gives users a quicker view of the latest balance and reduces the need for manual refreshes.

🐛Bug Fixes

Valuation booking no longer hits query limits

We’ve fixed a problem that could cause valuation bookings to run too many database lookups and fail. This makes the booking flow more stable and reduces the chance of unexpected errors during busy or automated activity.
