Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🏠Lettings Features

TDS registration email flow

You can now send the TDS registration email as part of the registration process.

Statement date range selection

Landlord statements can now be created and sent for specific date ranges

TDS setup tool in the Repair Centre

Administrators can now access a dedicated TDS setup tool from the Repair Centre. It provides a clearer place to manage setup tasks and keeps the feature restricted to admin users, which helps reduce accidental changes.

Draft Agreement pack can include extra files

The Draft Agreement Pack can now include additional files beyond the standard agreement and How to Rent guide.

Property compliance uploads now support larger files

You can now upload larger compliance documents without hitting the old file size limit.

Security deposit wording has been standardised

We’ve updated tenancy screens, labels, and related flows to use “Security Deposit” consistently.

LettsPay credentials can be managed in one place

The Repair Centre LettsPay credentials page now lets administrators manage the API key, username, password, and branch codes together. It also supports testing the connection from the same page, which makes setup and troubleshooting much simpler.

⭐Integrations

Homelet now supports multi-branch clients

Homelet integrations now work better for clients with more than one branch. Branches can use their own credentials where needed, while still supporting fallback behaviour for teams that have not been set up separately.

🐛Bug Fixes

Inbound SMS team assignment now finds teams more reliably

Inbound messages now match to the correct team even when the team’s phone number is stored without a plus sign.

Contact search now displays Mobile and Email

The redesign of the contact search meant that the contacts Mobile and Email were no longer visible, this has been updated and now makes selecting the correct contact easier.

Contact Hub files now open for Greenhouse users

Greenhouse users now have access to the file controller used by Contact Hub upload and file list screens. 

Move-in now requires an executed agreement

We’ve fixed the move-in validation so a tenancy cannot go live without the correct executed agreement in place.

Rent schedules now end on the move-out date

Rent schedules now stop on the tenancy’s move-out date instead of continuing past it.

Draft Agreement emails now include all expected files

We fixed an issue where a draft agreement pack could be sent without one of the files included in the email.

Lettings offers with pets now save correctly

Offers submitted with pet details now save successfully in the affected setup.
