Product updates and bug fixes: 7th September 2026

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🏠Lettings Features

Landlord details in the Listing Publish Assistant

The Landlord details, including Bank Details and residential status can now be added via the Listing record ensuring the LettsPay sync triggers on offer acceptance.

Tenant details in the Offer Assistant

Agents can now review and edit tenant details from the Offer Assistant using a shared edit form. This helps teams spot missing information quickly, complete address and residency details more efficiently, and avoid saving incomplete residency status information.

Contractor details on account records

Contractor records now include a dedicated details view for company, bank, VAT, commission, and residency information. This gives agents a clearer way to manage contractor setup, and it also helps prevent payment approval from moving forward when required details are still missing.

Country is filled in more reliably

When property records are created the Country field is now auto populated, which is a criteria for a LettsPay sync

🐛Bug Fixes

LettsPay scheduled sync now runs correctly

We fixed an issue that could stop the scheduled LettsPay sync job from completing as expected.

Digital Negotiator access for webservice users

We corrected the permissions needed for the webservice user to work with Digital Negotiator records.

Digital Negotiator searches now link to the right area

We fixed an issue where searches could attach to the wrong area when multiple areas shared the same name.

Match emails respect multiple unsubscribe preferences

Contacts who have chosen more than one unsubscribe option are now correctly excluded from match emails.

Renters’ Rights email templates send correctly

We fixed issues affecting the Renters’ Rights email templates across the main landlord, tenant, and team workflows.
