🐛Bug Fixes
Better handling of emojis and special characters in messages
We’ve fixed an issue that could cause emojis and other non-English characters to be misread when messages came in through Twilio. This means conversations now keep their original text intact, which helps prevent confusing or broken messages for customers and teams.
