Search forms now match the right listing type
We’ve fixed search form handling so it now uses the correct form for both Sales and Lettings listings. This also prevents search records from being created without useful information, which helps keep your data cleaner and avoids confusion for users in the Digital Negotiator beta.
Viewing assistant badge
We have fixed the bug on the Message record that incorrectly indicated a viewing had been booked on every message. The labelling on the Viewing and Valuation assistants on the message record will now correctly display if the Viewing or Valuation have been booked via self-service.
Portal listing URLs update only when needed
We’ve refined the portal sync flow so listing URLs are updated only when the relevant values have actually changed. This reduces unnecessary background updates and helps keep portal data in sync without extra processing.
Listing Areas correctly assigned
The flow that creates the Property Areas has been updated so that the locality is correctly assigned every time a property record is created.
