❓What are you most excited about working for Greenhouse OS?
💚What excites me most is the chance to help shape the engineering direction. This is a great new challenge for me as it is a chance to step outside what’s become familiar and stretch myself in a new environment, with new problems to solve and new systems to learn about. Beyond the technical side, the people I’ve met so far have been a big draw: there’s a strong, collaborative team culture here, and I’m looking forward to being part of a group that genuinely cares about doing good work together.
❓Tell us a little bit about what you’ve been working on before joining Greenhouse OS.
💚I spent the last ~5 years at Certinia, working on their Professional Services Automation (PSA) product, with a particular focus on performance and scalability. As the product and customer base grew, a lot of the existing architecture started to show its limits, so a big part of my role involved re-architecting core parts of the system to handle that scale more effectively. I led a team through the implementation of this work, including redesigning how we handled large background processes, moving away from patterns that didn’t hold up under heavier load and building more robust, efficient processing pipelines in their place.
