2. Smart Email Routing: The system automatically detects the property’s location, identifies the correct regional contractor for that area, and generates a precise instruction email containing all the property details—firing it off instantly without the agent writing a word. 
3. The Automatic “SOLD” Switch: The moment a property status changes to “Sold” or “Let” within Greenhouse OS, the system bypasses manual entry entirely. It automatically alerts the relevant board contractor to head out and update the slip to SOLD or LET.
