Product updates and bug fixes: w/c 15th June 2026 Release

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🌟New Features

Digital Negotiator tabs and layouts

We’ve added dedicated tabs, page layouts, and list views for Digital Negotiator Conversation Topics and Prompts. This makes it much easier for operators and admins to find, review, and manage Digital Negotiator records directly in the product, without needing extra setup.

🐛Bug Fixes

Fixed Digital Negotiator booking times

We’ve corrected a time zone issue that could show Live Digital Negotiator booking slots and confirmation messages one hour off. Booking times now display in the correct UK local time.

Updated EPC data source

We’ve updated the source for the EPC lookup on the Listing Records following the closure of the previous provider.

Better Control Over Viewing Notifications

We have separated the settings for viewing statuses and client notifications to give you more precise control when setting up a Listing Contact (Owner or Tenant).

1. Viewing Confirmation (Workflow Control) This existing field dictates the status of the booking in your system:

• Required: The viewing stays as Unconfirmed until action is taken.
• Not Required: The viewing bypasses the unconfirmed stage and automatically moves straight to Booked.

1. Send Viewing Confirmation Notifications (New Field) Previously, the workflow field was sometimes confused with communication preferences. To fix this, we’ve added a dedicated toggle to control the actual messages:

• Yes / No: Turn this on or off to decide if the contact receives the automated Email and SMS updates.

Example Setup As shown in the below screenshot you can now easily require a viewing to remain Unconfirmed in your pipeline while ensuring this specific contact does not receive a text or email.

This field is currently available on the Listing Contact. It will be added to the screen flow used when adding a listing contact in a future package release.
