Advanced Viewing Controls

Manage vendor expectations from day one. Greenhouse OS now offers you granular control over the viewing process directly within the contact setup, ensuring your team always follows the client’s exact preferences without manual guesswork.

Key Capabilities

Dynamic, anytime updates: Set these preferences during the initial contact creation, or jump back into the contact card at any point to update settings as your client’s situation changes.

Mandatory vendor approvals: Using the ‘Viewing Confirmation’ field, instantly flag if a property requires owner approval before a viewing can be locked into the diary. If enabled, the system holds the slot as tentative until the vendor confirms the date and time.

Targeted Notification Routing: Control exactly who receives viewing confirmations. Choose to notify all associated parties or restrict updates to a single primary contact via the ‘Send Viewing Confirmation Notifications’ field.

🚀 Enhancements

High-volume auto matching

We’ve fixed an issue that could stop auto matching from working reliably when large numbers of matches were created at once. This release now handles much higher volumes more consistently across both the auto match and match delay flows, which means busy teams can process large batches without running into failures.

🐛Bug Fixes

Valuation enquiries and team assignment

We’ve corrected how valuation enquiries are handled when they arrive through mail parsing and no team is assigned right away. The system now looks up the right property and team more reliably, so enquiries are routed to the correct place instead of being left unassigned.

Zoopla price qualifier mapping

We’ve expanded the Zoopla sync so more price qualifier values are sent through correctly. This means listings with options like “Offers in excess of,” “Offers over,” “Sale by Tender,” and “Offers Invited” now map more accurately, helping keep your property data consistent between systems.

Viewing names now show the right development details

We’ve fixed an issue where viewings booked through a development could miss the development name in the viewing name. This update improves how related viewing details are assigned, so records are clearer and easier to understand at a glance.

Viewing owner updates correctly when the accompanying agent changes

We’ve improved the logic that updates viewing records when the accompanying agent is changed. This helps keep the assigned owner and confirmation details in sync, reducing confusion and preventing viewings from showing outdated information.

Property history updates only current contacts

We’ve fixed the process that writes anniversary milestones from property history so it updates the current property contact instead of the most recently changed one. This ensures the right contact receives the update and helps keep contact history accurate.

Media uploads now accept YouTube and Vimeo links

You can now add YouTube and Vimeo URLs through the media upload flow. This makes it easier to attach external video content to listings without needing a separate file upload, while still keeping direct image uploads working as before.
