Product updates and bug fixes: 3rd August 2026

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🌟Enhancements

Disable viewing feedback for progression bookings

Admins can now choose to stop automated viewing feedback messages for viewings that come from a Progression, while keeping the existing feedback flow for standard bookings. This gives teams more control over customer communications and helps avoid sending messages that aren’t relevant to the booking type.

Improved listing prompts and discrimination checks

We’ve refined the prompts used for listing content and discrimination checks so they work better across Sales and Lettings listings. This helps produce more accurate listing descriptions and safer checks.

Notes field added to milestone updates

A new Notes field is now available on the progression milestone update screen, allowing users to save extra context alongside milestone changes.

Tenancy integration updates for flexible end dates

We’ve updated tenancy integrations so they now handle tenancies with and without fixed end dates more accurately. Common Law Tenancies continue to send fixed end-date information where needed, while other tenancy types now send a blank end date, helping keep partner systems aligned with the tenancy model in use.

🐛Bug Fixes

Acaboom automation now skips unconfigured teams

Acaboom valuation automation will no longer run for teams that haven’t been set up for Acaboom. This prevents unnecessary callouts and avoids creating follow-up tasks or completion records for teams that should not be using the integration.

Seller presentations now work for guest bookings

We’ve fixed an issue that prevented seller presentations from being created for self-service valuation bookings made by guest users. This means the public booking flow now behaves consistently with internal bookings, so presentations are created and logged as expected.

Viewing contact names now show the correct people

Viewing combined contact names are now built from the viewing’s own contacts instead of pulling in names from the related listing. This ensures the names shown on a viewing reflect the actual viewers, avoiding confusion when listing contacts are different from viewing contacts.
