Product updates and bug fixes: 10th August 2026

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🐛Bug Fixes

Viewing reminder SMS now uses the correct day

We’ve fixed the reminder logic so 24-hour viewing texts use the right “today” or “tomorrow” wording when a reminder is sent on the viewing day.

Matching listings emails now reach all relevant contacts

We’ve updated matching listings emails so they go to every eligible contact linked to a Search, not just the primary contact. This means more people receive the listings they should see, reducing missed opportunities and follow-up issues.

Media Manager now accepts external links

We’ve improved Media Manager so you can add supported external links, such as Sprift and EPC/Find Energy Certificate URLs, video links for virtual tours etc, without seeing an invalid link error.
