At Greenhouse OS, we didn’t just set out to build another CRM; we set out to build the last operating system an estate agency will ever need. With over 50 years of combined experience in estate agency leadership and bespoke CRM development, our foundations are rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges agents face every day.

Founded by industry veterans Alex Rhodes and Ian Preston, Greenhouse OS was born from a simple realisation: the "one-size-fits-all" model of property software is broken.

We are proud to be the only estate agency CRM that grants agents the freedom to set up, develop, and evolve their platform to suit their specific business goals.

To ensure we stay at the cutting edge, we operate with a dedicated Product Council comprised of our investors and key business partners. Furthermore, our Business Advisory Board, featuring industry heavyweights Andrew Yates and Will Linley as well as equity investors Anticus Partners, provides the strategic oversight needed to navigate the ever-changing property landscape.
