Product updates and bug fixes: 17th August 2026

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🌟Enhancements

Travel-aware booking slots

Booking slots are now generated with travel time in mind, so appointments reserve buffer time before and after booked events. Offered times also snap to a five-minute grid, which helps avoid unrealistic appointment options and gives users more practical slot choices. This will enable Digital Negotiator to book more realistic appointment times that accurately take into account travel time.

Contact hub data

The Contact Hub now surfaces more useful information for contact records. This gives users a better at-a-glance view of contact details and related activity.

Media Manager labels

Media Manager labels now give clearer guidance about when changes need to be saved.

🏠Lettings Features

Tenancy notice to vacate

You can now create, review, edit, and withdraw tenancy notices to vacate in a more structured way. This adds a clear, auditable notice process with expiry calculations, duplicate prevention, and automatic handling when a notice expires, helping teams stay compliant and keep tenancy records up to date.

Deposit assistant

We’ve added a guided deposit workflow that helps users move through the deposit lifecycle from request to transfer. It checks that the right information is in place before allowing each step, which reduces mistakes and makes it easier to complete deposit tasks correctly.

Repair centre

This release introduces a Repair Centre for multi-branch tenancy operations. It gives teams better control over branch-specific LettsPay setup and related administration, helping separate responsibilities cleanly across offices.

Inspection app page

Inspection management now has a dedicated app page that brings the inspection experience together in one place. This makes it easier for users to access inspection-related tools without switching between multiple assistant flows. There are also new app pages for maintenance and tenancies. Beta features must be enabled to access these features.

Works categories on accounts

You can now manage works categories directly from contractor accounts. This makes it simpler to keep contractor details and requirements organised in one place, which helps teams match the right contractors to the right work.

LettsPay team-based sync

LettsPay settings and identities now work at team level instead of being shared across the whole organisation. This helps prevent branch data from overlapping and makes it safer for multi-branch teams to manage payments, refunds, statements, and related activity independently.
