🏠Lettings Features

Manage quotes and contractor assignment on works orders

Users can now manage quotes and contractor assignment directly on a works order. This makes it easier to keep work moving without switching between steps, helping teams handle contractor-related tasks more efficiently.

Delay competing offer notifications for holding deposit teams

For teams that keep a listing at **To Let** until the holding deposit is paid, competing offers now stay active until the listing actually moves to **Let Agreed**. This prevents applicants from being marked unsuccessful too early, so teams can keep communication open in case the accepted offer does not go ahead.

🐛Bug Fixes

Holding deposit listings now move on when no deposit is due

We’ve fixed an issue where some listings could remain stuck at **To Let** even when there was no holding deposit to collect. This ensures the listing status updates correctly and avoids teams being left without a clear next step.

Holding deposit listings now update when the deposit is paid

We’ve also closed gaps in the process that updates a listing to **Let Agreed** once the holding deposit has been recorded as paid. This helps prevent listings from getting stuck in the wrong status and keeps the lettings workflow moving as expected.
