Product updates and bug fixes: 21st September 2026

Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

⭐Enhancements

A clearer, more familiar calendar for booking appointments via the booking tool

We’ve redesigned the booking tool so it works the way you’d expect from Outlook or Google Calendar. To reschedule an appointment, drag it to a new time. To change how long it lasts, drag its edge.

The new day-by-day view also makes it easier to see your team’s diary. You can check who’s available at a glance and find the right slot without switching between screens – see example below:

App Pages Filters

We have now added ‘Lookup’ fields as filter options on the new App pages – this means you can apply a ‘Team’ filter.

Landlord details updates

We’ve made further improvements to landlord details so records are easier to manage across different landlord types. This helps teams keep property, tenancy, and contractor information in better shape and reduces the need for manual workarounds.

Compliance certificate defaults

We’ve updated the compliance checklist so certificate types now default to required. This helps teams spot missing documents earlier and keeps property compliance tracking more consistent from the start.

🐛Bug Fixes

Digi Neg now only pitches valuations within your core patch

When someone enquires about a viewing, Digi Neg may pitch them a valuation on their own property. We’ve fixed an issue where these pitches were going out for properties outside your area. Digi Neg now checks the property against the areas assigned to your teams and only pitches a valuation if it falls within your core patch.

Works order invoice sync now updates the existing charge

When a works order invoice is received, the system now updates the existing charge instead of leaving the old one behind.

Repair centre area backfill now restores missing property areas

We’ve fixed the repair centre workflow that fills in missing property area information. This helps ensure properties appear correctly in the admin area and reduces issues caused by incomplete location data.

Draft agreement pack preview now works again

The file previewer for draft agreement packs has been fixed so documents open inline as expected. Users can now preview key tenancy documents without running into preview errors or having to download files first.

Viewing reminder time now shows correctly during BST

The “On The Day 8am” reminder now displays the correct local time during British Summer Time. This prevents reminders from appearing an hour late and keeps viewing notifications accurate year-round.

Lettings offer acceptance now handles tenant checks correctly

We’ve fixed an issue in the lettings offer acceptance flow that could cause errors during tenant checks. The process now reports problems properly instead of hiding them, so teams can spot and resolve issues more easily.
