Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Greenhouse OS ecosystem. We’ve pushed a few updates to sharpen performance and squash some recent bugs this week.

🏠Lettings Features

Automatic statement PDFs and email delivery

Statements can now be generated and sent automatically when a payout webhook arrives. This reduces manual work and helps ensure landlord statements are created and delivered promptly, with the same statement logic used in both automatic and manual flows.

⭐Enhancements

Digital Negotiator Control Center

A new Digital Negotiator Control Center app brings all Digital Negotiator settings into one place. Admins can see every team at a glance and turn the Digital Negotiator on or off for each one. They can also set which listing types it can book valuations for, along with prospecting and timeout settings. To set up several teams quickly, copy one team’s settings and paste them onto others. You can preview the changes before confirming, and undo the paste if needed. Existing team settings move across automatically on upgrade, so nothing is switched off unexpectedly.

Digital Negotiator control centre is accessed via the App Launcher.

Compliance redesign on Tenancy

We’ve refreshed the compliance experience to better support property checks and certificate tracking, it is now clearer to see which certificates are valid, which are not required and which are outstanding.

Viewing cancellation details

When cancelling a viewing, you can now add a cancellation detail when “Other” is selected.

Search creation uses the right team

When a user belongs to more than one team, Create Search now picks the correct default team more reliably. It uses the user’s primary team first, or their oldest team if no primary team is set.

Standardised file uploads

File uploads now use a more consistent upload experience across the app. The updated uploader makes it easier to add, preview, remove, and drag-and-drop files, while also improving readability in dark mode.

🐛Bug Fixes

Diary event creation no longer fails with too many query rows

We’ve fixed an issue that could stop users from creating diary events. Event creation now completes normally, so you can save appointments without running into an unexpected error.

Move-in money updates correctly without a holding deposit

Move-in money is now stamped as paid even when the holding deposit has not been paid. This keeps tenancy payment dates accurate and prevents the move-in status from being left incomplete.

Rescheduled viewing confirmations show the new time

When a viewing is rescheduled, the confirmation message now uses the updated time instead of the old one.

Match emails are sent once per contact and listing

We’ve fixed match email sending so contacts no longer receive duplicate messages for the same listing.

Stripe dashboard descriptions now show the payment reference

Stripe payments now carry the payment reference into the dashboard description field.

Task rollups now count open tasks correctly

Valuation task rollups now use whether a task is closed, rather than relying on a single status value.

Blank lookup filters now work on app pages

App page filters can now check for blank or non-blank lookup values. This lets you build tabs and views for cases like unassigned messages, where an empty team or owner field is important.

Digital Negotiator checks agent availability before booking

Digital Negotiator now rejects a booking if the accompanying agent is already busy or inside the travel buffer.

Price reduction alerts no longer fire on unpublished listings

Automated price reduction match alerts now stay quiet when a listing is not live.

Withdrawn listing warnings no longer appear unnecessarily

We’ve fixed a warning that could appear when editing a listing that was already withdrawn.

Next viewing dates now populate on listing records

Listing records now correctly show the next and last viewing event start times again.

Viewing confirmation request SMS now presents the correct UK time style

The SMS sent to request viewing confirmation now shows the correct local time and date format. It no longer falls back to raw timestamp text, making the message easier to read and less likely to cause confusion.

AI email drafts now greet contacts correctly

Contact Hub AI email drafts now use the right greeting when a contact’s name is available.
